If you have a proven track record in generalist HR support to medium/large businesses and experience working with Senior Mangers, exposure to performance management, talent development and employee engagement, then we want to hear from you now!! You must be confident and well organised and a sound decision maker and able to deal with difficult situations, multiple stakeholders and changing priorities, be motivated, dynamic and proactive!
The role will entail providing HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers and Associate Directors on policies and working methods, acting as trusted advisor on people related topics; identifying talent and development opportunities; supporting compensation, succession planning, performance management and promotions, undertaking projects, helping develop senior staff management and leadership skills and coaching.
