Fantastic opportunity available to join a busy HR team within a highly established professional services provider where you will take responsibility for providing an efficient, responsive, high-quality HR advisory service to partners, line managers and employees in designated jurisdictions and practice groups within the business.
Acting as a point of contact for staff on all HR matters, you will advise employees and managers of HR policies and procedures, providing support on significant annual HR processes, supporting all aspects of the employee-life-cycle and continually look for process improvements and suggestions that can drive efficiency.
The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years experience in an HR advisory role, with experience gained in a law firm or professional services environment preferred. A confident, organised approach is required along the ability to make decisions quickly and hold difficult conversations. You ll also need to be used to working under pressure, juggling multiple priorities, and working alongside employees of all levels across multiple jurisdictions.
