Senior Health Care Assistant - Lavender Villa at LV Residential Home

Lavender Villa Residential Home are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to join the team on Day Shift and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Support the Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with Care Plans
- Reviewing progress of care with the Service User and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical and mental health appropriately
- Oversee the care that Health Care Assistants provide Service Users and addressing any performance issues with the Deputy/Registered Manager.
