Senior Health Care Assistant - Lavender Villa at LV Group

Lavender Villa Residential Home are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Reviewing progress of care with the Service User and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical and mental health appropriately.
- Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
- Oversee the care that Health Care Assistants provide to Service Users and addressing any performance issues with the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager.
- Undertake roles in relation to medication administration.
