Senior Health Care Assistant - Home Care at LV Home Care

LV Community are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users with a range of care and support requirements, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To support the Service Users to ensure personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- Oversee the care that Health Care Assistants are providing, and addressing any performance issues with the Deputy Manager/Registered Manager
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for privacy and dignity of Service Users
