Senior Health Care Assistant - Home Care at Family Nursing and Home Care

Family Nursing and Home Care is a Jersey Charity. Our ethos is to help islanders start well, live well and age well.

You will be an experienced Health Care professional with QCF Level 3 or equivalent. A minimum of three years experience in a social or health care environment is essential. Own transport is a must.
As a Senior Care Assistant you will assess, plan and review the care that our clients receive. Flexibility is a must as our service delivery is between the hours of 7am – 11pm. Senior Care Assistants supervise the Community Care Assistants to provide care and support for clients with all aspects of their day-to-day living, so that they can enjoy the best possible quality of life.
