Senior Health Care Assistant - Community at LV Home Care

LV Community are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to join the team and provide high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care
- To support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of their disability or personal circumstance
