Senior Fund Administrator - Registrar & Transfer Agency

The successful candidate will work as part of the Registrar & Transfer Agency team providing dealing, distribution and investor services to real estate, private equity funds and underlying private equity fund vehicles ensuring that they are fully compliant with fund documentation, legal and regulatory requirements to which they are subject.
Ensuring that the provision of fund administration, registration and transfer agency services are aligned with the client Service Level Agreements (“SLA’s”), all internal and external deadlines are understood and met and all operational policies, procedures and checklists are followed.
