Job Description

The purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager, liaising with clients and co-ordinating company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings; processing and co-ordinating routine and complex fund operations; ensuring accurate investor records are maintained and processing investor changes/transfers; preparing manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and to ensure the maintenance of the electronic payments library; ensuring staff trained on electronic banking systems and co-ordinating opening of new bank accounts; ensuring regulatory and statutory fillings made; managing the accounts distribution and filing process; acting as mentor to junior staff under the supervision of senior staff.
The candidate will be expected to be studying towards preferably ICSA Diploma level/equivalent; sound technical financial services knowledge; computer literacy skills are essential; very good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships; quick to learn new systems.  Training provided.
