Senior Fund Administrator (Open Ended Funds)

Our client is seeking an experienced, motivated, and ambitious individual with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a Funds environment to manage and administer two significant open ended umbrella fund structures, striving for excellent client service and delivery and preparing periodic management accounts packs and other required reports; dealing with client queries; bookkeeping investment funds; calculating income and expenses of Investment funds; inputting payments using online banking systems; undertaking KYC/AML checks on applicants for shares in Investment funds; achieving chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines.
Requirements are good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook; good administrative, organisation, numeracy and communication skills; attention to detail; ability to manage own workload and prioritise; flexible, with ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; ability to develop comprehensive understanding of structures in place and transactions and operations; good team player.
