Senior Fund Administrator

4 month fixed term contract.
Postholder will administer complex range of funds and liaise with clients;  coordinate co sec matters including meetings, maintain investor records, prepare payment instructions to settle expenses, maintain electronic payments library, train stff on electronic banking systems, coordinate opening new bank accounts, ensure statutory and regulatory filings made, manage accounts distributin and filing, and mentor junior staff.
The candidate will be expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably CGI or equivalent) and have good understanding of local regulatory framework; relevant financial service experience and preferably funds experience; IT and good interpersonal skills; quick to learn new systems.
