Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal person to undertake RE and PE Fund admin and coordinate Co Sec duties.  He/she will maintain investor details and investor related documentation, performing calls and distributions, creating and maintaining records of a portfolio of clients; create and maintain Fund Company investor registers or Limited Partner registers; become familiar with Limited Partnership Agreements and legal documents; undertake daily cash management tasks across various bank accounts; be familiar with banking and payment processes; billing and cash collection, formatting and systems; coordinating client regulatory needs; complete KYC/AML policy for new entities/investors; draft infrastructure procedures; supervision, coaching and mentoring of junior staff; organise board meetings for acquisition and disposal of investments, admitting new investors or amendments to material fund documentation; attend meetings and complete minutes and resolutions.
Candidate will be educated to at least ‘A’ level/equivalent; preferably hold/studying towards ICSA Diploma/equivalent/willing to study; ideally at least 3 years of RE/PE/ trust and company experience, preferably with exposure to corporate structures, SPV administration; Co Sec knowledge advantageous; understanding of cash management processes and systems; familiar with statutory requirements and corporate governance; understand PE/RE agreements and terms; strong presentation, communication, report writing and problem solving skills; familiar with regulatory KYC requirements.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
