A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fund professional to join our client's busy team, on a permanent full-time basis, to take on a portfolio of clients primarily involved in Regulatory structures including Private Equity, Real Estate and other structures, ensuring that all administration and client services issues are attended to. You will also be responsible for the efficient day to day management of all client's affairs in accordance with the terms of appointment including the maintenance of all relevant Trust/Company records. The successful candidate will be fully aware of current Due Diligence and KYC regulations to enable them to carry out these duties responsibly. You will also need to have an understanding of applicable fund regulations, establishment procedures and compliance matter and working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs.
