Senior FandB Manager at Le Braye Jersey Ltd

We are looking for an experienced service led FandB manager who will be heading up our team at Le Braye. Someone who is genuinely interested in improving our Food and Wine offering and who is enthusiastic about customer service and hands on training of his team of ca 10 -15 foh staff. The position is mainly operational with perhaps one day a week in the office and working closely with our Managing Director. We are in the process of launching a new menu and wine list with our food consultant from Petchi restaurant.

The working week is over 5 days , in the winter mainly straight day time shifts ( enabling a good work / life balance )and in the summer a mixture of straight and split shifts. Own transport essential . Accomodation can be provided.Excellent package and bonus scheme for right candidate depending on experience.
