Senior Executive FTE PSR (Payments, Settlements & Reconciliations)

The purpose of this role is to manage payment and reconciliation queries, process transactions and solutions, reconcile funds, investigate and resolve discrepancies, optimise efficiency, process credit and manage relationships.  Postholder will coordinate User Acceptance Testing for payment software and services; process operational changes; escalate concerns over integrity of financial services systems; adhere to AML, Complaints, Health & Safety, Treating Customers Fairly, KYC and Fraud policies.
Candidate must have 2+ years of experience within an operations team with exposure to PSR; experience conducting data analysis; knowledge of banking settlement systems and correspondent banking and automated reconciliation solutions; confident in making relationships; strong communication.
