Job Description

Three month contract as member of Employee Engagement team, focusing on employee events to provide operational and administrative support. Postholder will ensure SLAs adhered to; use event system Cvent effectively and capture data and changes; resolve queries and escalate if complex; develop and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships; share knowledge and best practice in team.
Candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in fast paced, high volume admin role in change and improvement environment; event knowledge and experience is desirable; excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel, excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new processes and systems are essential; strong internal and external communication and relationship skills; proven ability as good team member; training provided.
Based in Jersey or Southampton.
