Our client is a leading offshore law and professional services firm operating in multiple global jurisdictions.
For their operation in Guernsey we are looking for an exceptional lawyer to take on the role as senior counsel in their private clients and trust business.
Applicants should be a qualified lawyer and have at least 8 years PQE dealing with private wealth mainly within a law firm. Preference will be for someone who has worked in the Guernsey private client sector or in a similar offshore location with comparable regulatory conditions.
The role-holder will be an integral part of the senior team pro-actively developing the practice as a whole taking leads on business development opportunities. Be active is sharing knowledge with internal training and externally by attending and presenting at seminars conferences and client meetings.
