Senior Corporate Officer

Great opportunity to play key role in Funds and Institutional team, administering corporate vehicles including limited partnerships, companies and unit trusts which hold real estate assets; liaising with clients, intermediaries, investors and colleagues; attendance at board meetings; preparation of agendas, board packs and minutes; managing of transactions (which could include property purchases / sales, re-financing); liaising with clients and compliance to agree on due diligence requirements; review of payments whilst adhering to company procedures; supervising the more junior team members; finding solutions to issues. 
Relevant experience within a very similar role is required, as is excellent knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey; preferably ICSA qualified or working towards ICSA or other relevant qualification; good working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word; methodical; attention to detail; organisational skills; strong relationships skills.  
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.  Alternatively a fixed term contract may be possible.
