Senior Compliance Manager

This exciting role acting as no. 2 to Head of Compliance ensures compliance with AML, CFT and CPF legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures as well as statutory responsibility to consider and escalate Suspicious Activity Reports to Jersey Financial Intelligence Unit and oversight of financial crime compliance, implementation of robust AML/CFT controls, management of reporting obligations, and timely escalation of financial crime risks.  Duties will involve monitoring changes to policies, undertaking projects and providing compliance testing, providing guidance, maintaining registers, reviewing advertisements, undertaking employee screening, ensuring risk awareness, and undertaking staff training.
Requirements for the role are to be an up-and-coming MLRO/Compliance Manager with energy and drive who will be proactive and keen to use tech, qualified to act as MLRO for TCB and at least 8 years experience in a similar role with Table 4 qualification such as ICA International Diploma and authorised to act in this role by the JFSC.
