Job Description

Working as a Senior Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, evaluating and administering employee compensation programmes. The role will entail managing the delivery of cyclical and ad-hod compensation activities, RemCo papers, market research and incentives, annual benchmarking with salary survey providers, creating new compensation programmes and offerings, creating compliant packages for international assignments and statutory reporting. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring that the governance and compliance of all compensation programmes are compliant in all jurisdictions.
