A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Compensation Manager with at least 3 years' experience in the reward cycle to join a well-established company, on a permanent basis. The purpose of this position is to plan, design, evaluate and administer employee compensation programmes including salaries, short and long-term incentives which are relevant to and compliant in each current and new jurisdictions. The strategic thinker will be responsible for managing relationships with key suppliers whilst ensuring that programmes deliver a good return on investments to the Company. The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of Excel with previous experience of managing annual compensation and benefit cycles in multi Jurisdictions along with exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage, manipulate and present large quantities of data.
