Job Description

A fiduciary business is looking for a Senior Compensation Manager to work with the Head of Reward to plan, design, evaluate & administer employee compensation programmes to include salaries, short & long term incentives which are relevant to & compliant in each current & new jurisdiction. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with key suppliers whilst ensuring that programmes deliver a good return on investment to our client.

Strong knowledge of Excel is essential. You will have proven evidence of managing annual compensation & benefit cycles in multi Jurisdictions. It is desired that you will have experience of working in multi-jurisdiction and tax environments. Working knowledge of Willis Tower Watson surveys, Global Grading & Compensation software an advantage. The ability to extract & manipulate data from SAP BI to form meaningful insights. Exceptional attention to detail & the ability to manage, manipulate & present large quantities of data.
