We have a great opportunity for a Senior Company Secretarial Officer, working for a global trust company.

 

This is a challenging and exciting role working within a growing team in a busy department where delivering high quality service is key. In this role, the candidate will provide company secretarial administration and support services and other corporate governance related duties, as required.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing company secretarial support to companies from incorporation through to liquidation or transfer out.
  • Assisting with filings or notification to relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Liaising with clients and service providers regarding day-to-day administration duties.
