Prepare accounts for the more complex entities
Review accounts prepared by other team members and external accountants
Review ledgers and provide feedback to bookkeepers
Provide training and development to client accountants and bookkeepers
Plan, prioritise and organise tasks and activities efficiently, ensuring effective time management
Effectively manage time input and work in progress on own portfolio
Actively support the accounting manager with KPI monitoring and reporting
Support the accounting manager in monitoring team workflows and ensuring timely completion
