Senior Chef de Partie - Fine Dining at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Senior Chef de Partie at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

For a unique culinary experience, Grand Jersey’s jewel in its crown is Tassili, an exceptional fine dining restaurant. Tassili boasts 4 AA Rosettes in honour of chef Nicolas Valmagna’s creative flair for combining local ingredients with classic French flavours.

To be considered for this role you will have current base knowledge and experience of the kitchen within a Michelin or multi rosette environment.

You will be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities. Adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as business and guest needs dictate.
