Job Description

The role will focus primarily on clients within Europe but may also support Asia and Caribbean, undertaking CDD process for new clients and focusing on more complex cases); communicating with internal teams and external clients and managing outstanding CDD; remediation of existing CDD; performing online screening checks, including analysing results and identifying areas for review; responding to queries from teams and clients; assisting with projects; providing data to Regulatory Operations Manager; coaching and training team members; monitoring KPIs and taking action to ensure expected levels are maintained; identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve client experience. 
Candidates will have at least 3-5 years' experience in AML/CDD focused professional services role; working knowledge of client take on processes and AML and CDD requirements; good understanding of corporate service and regulatory requirements affecting law firms and regulated financial services; ideally hold AML certificate/similar; excellent IT skills, including MS Outlook, Excel and Word; proven ability to use SharePoint & Viewpoint preferred; excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills; ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines; ability to make decisions and use own initiative; responsive and client focused; good attention to detail; ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative; team player.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
