Senior Care Assistant - Day duty at La Haule Care Home

La Haule Care Home are expanding their team. We have a Senior Carer position available, the successful candidate should be experienced in administering medications have knowledge of person centered care planning. Experience of working with those who have dementia is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Consideration will be given to experienced holders of a Care Level 2 qualification who demonstrates the ability and motivation to achieve Level 3. Excellent communication in both verbal
and written English is essential as is an approachable and compassionate nature. A rolling rota of 3 days one week and 4 days the next is in place which enables planning for family and social life.
The post is for day duty but night cover is expected to support the home with covering annual leave.
