Our client is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide business benefits by the continuous enhancement and transformation of the internal business solutions portfolio, leveraging advancements in technology to adapt and improve business processes to meet business requirements in line with the Group's business and technology strategy. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude accompanied with confident and polite telephone & email communication skills are required, as well as a helpful and enthusiastic approach to user problems. The successful candidate will also hold a relevant IT or Project Management qualification or be prepared to study towards one, have previous experience in providing support and development to business solutions.
