Island’s Choice Bakery | 2pm–10pm, 6 days/week

We bake authentic Portuguese rolls and French breads, serving Islanders daily. Join our tight-knit team to lead production, coach staff (3–4 bakers), and maintain quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shifts and schedules
• Oversee mixing, proofing and baking of Portuguese rolls and baguettes
• Ensure food safety and stock control
• Mentor and develop bakers

Requirements:
• 5+ years baking Portuguese and French breads
• Supervisory experience in a commercial bakery
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Available 2pm–10pm, six days/week
