Our client, a leading legal office is currently looking for a Senior Associate, Estate Planning and Trusts to be based in their Jersey office.
The ideal candidate will an experienced professional, ideally with 5+ years wills and probate experience from a relevant law firm environment, alongside excellent academics. You will have strong technical excellence and exceptional client relationship skills with the ability to coach and mentor more junior members of the team.
The role will include amongst other things, providing sound, quality technical advice & guidance on complex issues with minimal review by the partner or other senior fee earners, effectively manage your own matters with minimal Partner input, ensure you accurately record & bill your time, ensure that clients are fully informed as to the fees & disbursements that will be incurred on each matter & provide updates as required. Provide coaching and mentoring of the more junior members of staff providing opportunities for development through work shadowing and delegation.
