Senior Associate - Data Steward, Analysis at PwC CI LLP

As part of the People Operations team, this role plays a crucial part in delivering a great employee experience to the business by using their knowledge of people policies and procedures to ensure effective communication across various stakeholder groups, managing expectations whilst streamlining and simplifying our processes. The role is the SME for Data Stewardship, Analysis and Engagement.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating Human Capital data ensuring data governance and controls are in place including regulatory and ad hoc reporting.
• Providing data assurance and quality support surrounding Human Capital data ensuring maintenance of systems and actioning system development.
• Undertaking technical documentation and creating innovative technology focused solutions.
• Identifying Data Ownership Model for Human Capital data.
