An opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Senior Compliance Analyst to join a dynamic Compliance & Risk function.
This role supports the fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations, with a focus on maintaining robust systems and controls across AML, conduct and prudential standards. You will assist senior team members and Key Persons, contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Programme and play a key role in internal reviews, reporting and regulatory preparations. Ideal candidates will have at least three years' relevant experience, a good understanding of Jersey's regulatory framework and be studying toward a recognised compliance qualification. Strong organisational and communication skills, along with familiarity with fiduciary or fund environments are essential to thrive in this high-impact role.
