Senior AML Administrator (Funds)

This exciting role will deliver a robust AML/CFT/CPF programme including reviewing due diligence on new investors, interpreting complex structures, and refreshing due diligence on existing investors by undertaking periodic reviews; providing guidance and support on applicable regulatory and AML matters and assisting with business-related AML queries; undertaking open-source searches on prospective clients/investors and building a stronger client/investor profile; assisting with reviewing initial and ongoing screening checks to provide guidance to the client teams and escalating to Risk Committee if necessary; assisting with collation of CDD statistics and preparing reports; training team members; providing input and feedback on AML processes; assisting with projects.
The successful candidate will have AML experience and hold a professional Compliance Qualification; independent thinking, professional judgement, and analytical skills; genuine desire to work in compliance and a passion for AML matters; strong background and understanding of financial services; good understanding of application of 3 Tier Test and CDD requirements of JFSC AML/CFT/CPF Handbook for different entity types; good understanding of key risk areas and application of EDD; strong administrative, communication, analytical, and organisational skills; good team player; able to work independently.
