This hybrid role spans multiple jurisdictions and focuses on delivering key reward processes, including annual salary and bonus reviews, and promotion and progression cycles. Responsibilities include coordinating bench-marking data, ensuring timely communication of reward outcomes, supporting benefit renewals, and assisting with wider EVP projects and HR initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate employee data, policies, and records, with opportunities to suggest process improvements. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' administrative experience-ideally in a professional services setting-strong Excel and IT skills, and a detail-focused, collaborative approach.
