Job Description

Under the supervision of a senior team member the successful candidate will be expected to work independently, acting as the primary day to day contact to deliver a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities, managing formation and transactions; liaising with lawyers, auditors and bankers; attending and organising client meetings; drafting minutes and resolutions; attending to statutory filings; maintaining statutory records; processing bank payments, reconciling payment logs and approvals; production and circulation of invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors; helping train staff; supporting data integrity; identifying process improvements; monitoring work in progress; undertaking fee reviews; undertaking project work; ensuring compliance with AML and CFT legislation; reporting of suspicious activity or transactions, client due diligence and record keeping.
Candidate will have preferably 4-6 years’ relevant experience in the finance industry, Real Estate experience; strong academic background, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA; excellent communication skills; able to train others; committed to service excellence; working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong working knowledge of Viewpoint would be an advantage; good understanding of statutory laws and AML regulations; responsive and client focused; strong organisational ability and attention to detail; ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
