Senior Administrator, Real Estate Corporate

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to deliver a high-quality administrative service to a diverse portfolio of real estate corporate clients. Based in Jersey, this role includes supervising and mentoring junior staff members while managing client relationships effectively.

Job Duties:

  • Administer a varied portfolio of real estate corporate clients.
  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage client regulatory documentation, including NRL returns and HMRC filings where applicable.
  • Supervise, coach, and delegate tasks to junior team members.
  • Review payment instructions and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update client documentation to the highest standards.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare board packs, and draft minutes.
  • Assist with reviewing accounts and financial statements.
  • Request and maintain client due diligence (CDD).

Job Requirements:

  • Holds or is studying for a recognised qualification such as ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma, Diploma in Fund Administration, or any other Table 4 qualification.
  • At least four years of relevant industry experience, including three years managing your own portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements, and working practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to personal development in line with performance objectives.
