Job Description

Great opportunity to administer and monitor a varied client portfolio, investigating and suggesting enhancements and ensuring excellent client service.  Postholder will manage own billing and cash collection/debtors process; have awareness of recoverability and minimise write-offs; review client structures, complete review processes for client entities; be aware of risk exposure; adhere to contractual and statutory obligations; review legal and tax advice; maintain accurate and up to date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with; ensure existing clients are retained; assist with management and training of junior members; check, maintain and ensure accuracy of the central diary systems to ensure that deadlines are recorded and subsequently met; adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
Candidate will be self-motivated and have attained or be studying towards a relevant qualification.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
