Job Description

Great role providing comprehensive administration services to international client base and their structures, whilst administering a complex client portfolio.  Duties involve establishing and maintaining strong working relationships; training Assistant Administrators; undertaking billing and debt collection; undertaking initial review of Working Papers files for the annual Accounts / Financial Statements; acquiring, monitoring and disposing of assets held; prepare written correspondence, Board / Trustee minutes and checklists, or reviewing this work if responsible for training an Assistant Administrator; maintaining client’s files in an orderly manner; undertaking periodic reviews of client files; providing general assistance to Assistant Manager/Manager.
The successful candidate will be client and commercially focused with team spirit and strong communication skills; innovative and risk aware; holding/part holding ICSA/STEP; experience of compliance, risk and risk mitigation; understanding of CRS/FATCA; “B” Signatory; competent understanding of Guernsey Company and Trust Laws; basic awareness of UK taxation for individuals and its impact on offshore structures; awareness of (AML legislation; transactional / restructuring experience.
