Job Description

Purpose of role is to administer a complex client portfolio, which may include Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnerships; establish and maintain strong working relationships with team and clients; provide training to Assistant Administrators; undertake billing and debt collection; undertake initial review of Working Papers files for the annual Accounts / Financial Statements; acquire, monitor and dispose of assets held within client portfolio; prepare Board / Trustee minutes and checklists or review this work; maintain client’s files in an orderly manner, ensuring documents filed correctly or review this work; undertake periodic reviews of client files.
Requirements for this role are completion/part completion of ICSA or STEP; evidence of CPD; innovation; client and commercial focus; team player; understanding of compliance, risk and mitigation; understanding of CRS/FATCA; “B” Signatory; competent understanding of Guernsey Company and Trust Laws; basic awareness of UK taxation for individuals and impact on offshore structures; awareness of current AML legislation and related codes of practice; transactional/restructuring experience.
