Senior Administrator - Private Client

Job Description

The postholder will be required to administer a client portfolio, under the supervision of a Line Manager, complete review process for client entities and be aware of risk exposure, review legal and tax advice and interpret /implement relevant advice; ensure accuracy of  central diary system relevant to client portfolio deadlines; maintain accurate records of client entities (including desktop), ensuring all statutory obligations complied with; manage own billing and cash collection/debtors process and minimise write-offs; assist with team management and training; have an awareness of recoverability; ensure compliance and regulatory requirements complied with.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate clear understanding of client's portfolio, including risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations; ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively; extensive administration experience; good analytical, presentation, interpersonal and organisation skills; competent in all MS Office applications; self  motivated with attention to detail; hold/studying towards professional qualification.
