Job Description

As a Senior Administrator, Private Client in this permanent full-time opportunity, you will administer a portfolio of trusts, companies and other entities including more complex, demanding or high risk cases and ensure all activities fall within the guidelines / stipulations of the statutory or governing documents. Duties include the timely completion of tax returns, preparation of detailed attendance notes of any telephone communication, circulated to relevant members of staff and overseeing the maintenance of the accounting records and preparation of annual accounts. You will be educated to A level or degree standard, hold or will have just completed a relevant professional ICSA / STEP qualification and have 5+ years' Trust and Company administration experience. In addition to having strong IT skills, you will also have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and a solution driven attitude to problems.
