Job Description

This is an exciting role supporting effective onboarding of new clients and providing excellent client service and formation of structures for new and existing clients approved at Business Acceptance Meetings, primarily focusing on private clients.  Postholder will support a team and ensure client matters relating to review and preparation of documentation are dealt with; review CDD to ensure compliance with KYC; ensure consistency and clarity of on-boarding files; ensure formation of structures, databases are up to date and orderly staged transition; prepare trust deeds, incorporation and application documents for filing; liaise with relevant jurisdiction on queries relating to application documents; play active role in achievement of “New Business” targets; support junior team members.
Requirements are a relevant qualification/working towards; able to work under pressure and to deadlines; extensive administration experience; broad level knowledge of CDD practices; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
