Our client's continued expansion means they are looking to appoint a Senior Administrator to work closely with the Client Directors and their team, ensuring all client service and administrative functions are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a substantial portfolio of clients, including more complex structures and entities. Working closely with the Client Group, you will assist with the completion of new business documentation and onboarding processes, as well as prepare accurate minutes and supporting documentation for client entity transactions. Applicants should either hold, or be willing to work towards, a Table 4 qualification and possess at least four years' relevant industry experience. Candidates must also be eligible for registration as a Category C Employee under Schedule 1 of the JFSC Trust Company Business Codes of Practice. A high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, together with the confidence and professionalism to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of seniority.
