Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Global Capital Markets team. This role involves managing a portfolio of debt capital markets clients, including standalone note issuance SPVs, multi-programme issuers, asset-backed securities, and structured finance structures. The Senior Administrator will provide comprehensive corporate secretarial and trust administration services while supporting and mentoring team members.
Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of client structures, ensuring effective management and compliance.
- Prepare board packs, minutes, and resolutions; attend board meetings.
- Review and comment on legal documentation and financial statements.
- Coordinate incorporations, dissolutions, and client onboarding/offboarding, including due diligence.
- Prepare payment packs and statutory returns.
- Maintain and update client records daily.
- Manage annual charitable distributions for purpose trusts.
- Ensure integrity and confidentiality of client documents.
- Provide guidance to team members and support their development.
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency in daily tasks.
- Accurately record time spent on client matters for billing purposes.
- Communicate openly with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Strong academic background; studying towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g., ICSA/STEP).
- Experience in debt capital markets administration preferred.
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and committed to excellence.
- Confident communicator with a focus on client service.
