Job Duties:
- Collaborate with your team to manage client portfolios, providing advice based on internal processes
- Proactively take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by your manager or clients
- Develop expertise in technical matters and share knowledge with your team
- Assist with board meeting minutes, resolutions, payments, and other administrative duties as needed
- Ensure client records are updated clearly and accurately with all correspondence
- Maintain client documents with integrity and confidentiality
- Communicate openly and honestly with clients regularly to maintain strong relationships
- Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by team members
- Provide new and innovative ideas to improve the efficiency of daily tasks
- Foster good relationships with suppliers, team members, and clients
- Drive personal development using available resources to achieve success
- Accurately record all time spent on client matters to ensure correct invoicing
- Produce and submit all statutory returns
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the trust, financial services industries, or accounting firms
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle tasks independently and use your initiative
- Commitment and drive to achieve excellence for yourself and your clients
- Strong academic background
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach
- Studying or willing to study towards a professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP
