Job Description

Exciting opportunity to manage client portfolio dealing with innovative and efficient compensation arrangements and delivering pragmatic solutions; be familiar with incentive structures and companies using compensation plans to incentivise and retain staff; prepare resolutions for companies and trusts; be aware of changes in legislation; comply with regulatory requirements and policies; maintain and update client records; monitor client structures; liaise with clients and ensure excellent service; prepare and submit statutory returns and ensure regulatory deadlines are met; ensure statutory records ad database/register up to date; be innovative with ideas to imporve efficiency; handle projects; assist in training and mentoring; accurately record time spent on client matters for accurate billing; ensure timely debt collection and recovery; ensure targets met for charging; be aware of potential sales opportunities and chances to review existing fee levels.
Candidate will be proactive with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail; hold/work towards ICSA, STEP, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications; forward thinking when reviewing procedures; strong Excel skills; able to deal with tasks independently while taking ownership & use own initiative; ability to inspire and develop others; effective communicator and good organisational skills; able to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions; IT literate.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
