Senior Administrator, Corporate Services - Jersey

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator with strong communication, organisation and time keeping skills, to join their growing Corporate Services team, on a permanent basis. Within this role you will assist with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and limited partnerships, prepare minutes, resolutions and correspondence, attend to statutory filings as well as process bank payments, reconciliation of payment logs and approvals. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years' relevant experience in the finance industry, strong academic background, Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred and be working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA. A strong working knowledge of Viewpoint would also be advantageous.
