A leading provider of independent legal and fiduciary services is seeking to employ a corporate governance senior administrator for its Jersey office.
Duties will include compiling and maintaining all legislative and regulatory returns and registrations. Updating accurately all statutory records, preparing draft minutes and resolutions, ensuring all procedural requirements are properly carried out in relation to each entity and that any applicable legal and regulatory requirements are compiled within each jurisdiction.
Suitable candidates must have a proven track record in fiduciary administration and good working knowledge of the regulatory requirements affecting a fiduciary business. You must be a category B employee and hold a table four qualification.
You must have a clear understanding of assessing risk, be flexible and self motivated.
