Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their friendly team, on a permanent full-time basis. The purpose of this position is to provide board governance services and carry out day-to-day administration to a portfolio of corporate and fund structures within the Corporate Services team. The candidate will hold a legal degree and / or partial completion of Corporate Governance Institute UK (CGi / ICSA), have Minfinancial services experience, sound technical financial services knowledge and effective oral and written communication skills.
