Job Description

As part of the Corporate Applications team you will provide support and assistance to the client administration teams in connection with the professional trust and company administration services provided by our client. You will be expected to provide a professional, accurate and efficient service to ensure the needs of the firm are met and comply with internal controls and external regulations. Duties include but are not limited to undertaking file reviews and quality checking them, incorporating and on-boarding clients, reviewing and processing KYC and CDD requirements and preparing complex / technical statutory documents. The applicant will hold, or be working towards a professional qualification e.g. ICSA and possess strong IT skills. Experience using Viewpoint  would be advantageous.
